At Boutique Nage, we’re committed to delivering your premium swimming equipment with care and efficiency. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: €12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Note: We currently do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please check with our customer service if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

International Shipping

For our valued customers outside the European Union:

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes
  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • For returns, please mark packages as « RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE »

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of receipt
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or invoice
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Swim caps (adult, junior, and competition)
    • Ear plugs
    • Opened anti-fog products

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request:

    Email us at [email protected] with the following information:

    • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #XXXX
    • Product name
    • Reason for return (wrong size, defect, etc.)
    • Desired action (refund or exchange for specific product)
    • Confirmation that the item is in original condition
  2. Approval & Instructions:

    Our team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization, shipping address, and tracking information if needed.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    Carefully package the item(s) including:

    • Original invoice or order confirmation
    • Return form (if provided)

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  4. Processing:

    Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of your request status.

Refunds

  • Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error or defective product)

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as your return is approved
  • For price differences, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the additional amount
  • We cover shipping costs for replacement items
